Return Policy


Our goal at is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. 

We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of receiving the item. 

Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate your return. Where a return is possible, a RMA number will be provided to you, to facilitate return of the item(s) to 

We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

  • Clearance Items
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page

*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue (outside of warranties we offer), or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.

If you would like to make a return request, please contact us with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your "Order Update" emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!

Shipping Return

To return your product after you have contacted us, you can send the item to:

All returned packages must include an RMA # to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return shipping is covered by our policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of processing. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
